Global Aluminium is equipped with 5 Extrusion presses ranging from 700 T to 1800 T with the production capacity of 14400 TPA. The PLC controlled presses are covered by puller, belt conveyor system, followed by 20 T to 120 Tons stretcher and automated cutting saw to achieve precision in length with neat 90degree cutting edges without burrs and 7mt long electrically heated ageing oven with controlled temperature to obtain uniformity. Global Aluminium implements excellent quality check standards and has various automated methods of packing as required or specified by the customers.
