Global Aluminium has an in-house foundry with 4nos modern melting furnaces of 5-ton capacity each. It also houses the latest hot top casting technology with a production capacity of 18000 TPA. The foundry is equipped for making different alloys in 1xxx, 2xxx, 3xxx, 5xxx, 6xxx, and 7xxx series with highly refined close grain structure and oxide free billets for superior quality finish and uniform surface on the extruded sections. This results in achieving close dimensional tolerance even on intricate sections with better anodizing, powder coating finishes and good mechanical properties

Tool Room Global Aluminium has an exclusive, fully-automated Tool Room with the latest know-how. The dies are manufactured with advanced equipment such as CNC Wire cut, EDM, computerized Jig boring machines, CNC milling and other CNC equipments, plus precision measuring instruments with CAD-CAM facilities. Global Aluminium die library holds around 10000 dies and more than 7000 different profiles ranging from 4mm to 250mm in 160Ǿ to 330Ǿ dies and has a sophisticated maintenance workshop with polishing and nitriding facilities.
